At our law firm, we specialize in getting to know each and every client personally. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want and to helping you and your job candidates understand what actions we can take on your behalf.
Our legal team utilizes sophisticated software programs to share information with each other about our cases. This means that no matter who you are dealing with in our firm, the expertise of the whole team weighs in on your case.
We have been working for 24 years and have a proven track record of success. We use that experience to help you down a path to the results you need. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
We have a long term relationship with immigration attorney Jennifer Keating at National Immigration who specializes in green cards for DVMs and handles our employer sponsored green card cases.

We are long term members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), which allows us to converse with other immigration attorneys nationwide and to receive daily updates regarding changes in immigration law.
A graduate of California Western School of Law, Attorney Nelisse is our resident expert in immigration work visas, with 24 years of experience. She represents corporate and individual clients to obtain H-1B, TN, H-1B1, and E-3 visas. She practices exclusively 100% immigration law in all 50 American states and abroad. Prior to becoming an immigration attorney, she practiced criminal defense law, family law, and was a homicide detective.
As an immigration attorney licensed by the District of Columbia, federal law 8 CFR §292.1(a)(1) allows Attorney Nelisse to practice immigration law before the USCIS, ICE, CBP, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) in all states. Attorney Nelisse is not licensed by the state of Hawaii, but is allowed to practice immigration law in all states.
When not in the office, you'll find her creating oil paintings or walking her dogs Wyatt and Akua.
Immigration law can be intimidating. Coming to us from a high powered law firm in Pennsylvania, Liz brings a strong results-oriented legal background to our immigration firm. Her record speaks for itself.
When not in the office, you'll find her rowing an outrigger canoe around the Hawaiian islands, or walking her dog Koa.
As our immigration paralegal, Amanda collects documents from clients and handles financial reporting, billing, payroll and accounts payable.
When not in the office, you will find her hiking with friends or doing yoga.
